Claire is a new member to the Horton’s Kids staff and is excited for her VISTA year! She’s always enjoyed working with kids – she taught violin and swim lessons through high school and volunteered in children’s hospitals throughout college – but she’s already realized that there are no kids like Horton’s Kids. Claire loves playing with new design layouts featuring great pictures of the children, and has discovered that there’s never a bad picture of a Horton’s Kid. Claire grew up in central Minnesota and is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Journalism and Mass Communication. She is new to the DC area, and looks forward to exploring the East Coast.
