Horton’s Kids live in the Wellington Park and Forest Ridge apartment complexes in the Anacostia section of Ward 8. Children are picked up from their homes and bused to federal office buildings for tutoring and to sites in and around Washington for field trips.

The office is on Maryland Avenue, NE near 1st Street, across from the Hart Senate Office Building. It is between the Capitol South metro and the Union Station metro.
From Capitol South:
At the top of the escalator, continue up 1st Street toward the Capitol. Just past the Supreme Court, turn RIGHT onto Maryland Avenue, our office is on the LEFT.
From Union Station:
Walk past the Christopher Columbus fountain toward Massachusetts Avenue. Cross Massachusetts Avenue and go up 1st Street. Cross Constitution and go LEFT on Maryland, our office is on the LEFT.
